Digital Services Act (DSA)
The Digital Services Act (“DSA”) came into effect in the European Union on Jan 16, 2025.
Under Article 24(2) of the DSA, online platforms are required to publish information about the average number of monthly active recipients of their service in the EU at least once every six months. This information is used to determine whether a platform qualifies as a Very Large Online Platform (“VLOP”), defined as having 45 million or more monthly active users in the EU.
PornTube99 confirms that, for the period from February 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025, the average number of monthly active recipients of the service in the EU was below 45 million. Accordingly, porntube99.com does not meet the threshold for VLOP designation under the DSA.
This calculation was performed in accordance with the DSA and the guidance issued by the European Commission on February 11, 2024
PornTube99 will continue to monitor its average monthly active recipients in the EU and will publish updates as required by Article 24(2) of the DSA.
